- 12 strawberries, hulled
- 12 quail eggs, hard boiled and peeled (can use chicken eggs quartered)
- 1 orange, peeled
- 1 cup spinach leaves
- ½ cup almond slices
1. Cut the strawberries in half. Cut the oranges in small pieces.
2. Mix the fruit together with spinach, quail eggs and almond slices.
