Ingredients:
- 1 cup fresh kale or baby spinach, washed
- 1 cup strawberries (for sweetness)
- 1/2 avocado, peeled, de-seeded and chopped
- juice from 1/2 a lemon or lime
- 2 - 3 kiwifruit, peeled and chopped (for sweetness)
Directions:
1. Process all ingredients in a blender until well mixed.
2. Pour into glasses and garnish if desired with a slice of strawberry.
