Ingredients:
- ½ cup tomato, chopped
- ½ cup ice
- ¼ cup cucumber, chopped
- ¼ cup raw spinach
- ½ avocado
- 2 tsp fresh lemon juice
- 1 tsp Tabasco (optional)
Blend all ingredients and the ice until smooth. Avocado is the main source of energy in this
recipe, while other ingredients provide vitamins and, of course, great taste.
