French Toast

French Toast Recipe

Ingredients:
  • 2 slices whole grain, high fibre low carb breads
  • ¼ cup milk
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 1 Tbsp maple syrup
  • ½ tsp cinnamon
  • 2 tsp butter
Directions:
1. Combine the beaten egg with milk and cinnamon.
2. Warm the butter in a skillet on medium heat.
3. Dip the bread in the egg mix, then fry it on the skillet for 2 minutes from each side until
golden.
4. Serve with the maple syrup, berries or eat as it is.
